Business Small Talk
You know the situation very well: You are expecting a guest from England or America; you are fully prepared for the long-awaited meeting, but what does one say in the first five minutes? You are aware of the fact that getting the small-talk right can make or break the deal, because it's the first impression that counts. Learn the rules of British and American small talk and you will be far more successful in your next meeting.
In this course, you will practice helpful expressions for introducing yourself, your company and others as well as the art of business small talk following introductions. You will increase your self-confidence, improve your general English and - not to forget - have a lot of fun!
Target group: For anyone who would like to be able to use the first five minutes of an encounter with an English native speaker for laying the ground for a successful meeting.
