Telephoning in English
You already feel relatively secure about your English skills, but you are still afraid to answer the phone sometimes? In this intensive course, you will learn all relevant phrases to answer the phone, put a person through and to ask them to hold the line. Since most business phone calls are extremely standardized, you will experience an overall improvement in your English telephoning skills through this course. The focus is on practicing the expressions learned as often as possible so that you are ready when the phone rings next time.
Target group: Anybody who has to make or answer phone calls in English at work and who would like to improve their general English skills at the same time.
